Please welcome Bryan M. Connelly, CWI, who will be the Director of Special Inspections for Eustis Engineering L.L.C.   Bryan will be operating out of the Eustis corporate office in Metairie, Louisiana.  Bryan has had a relationship with Eustis Engineering as a subconsultant inspector over the last five years.

Bryan has more than 15 years of experience within the structural steel and welding industry.  He spent the last eight years as a Senior Field Project Manager, and as a Lead Structural Steel and Certified Welding Inspector prior to that.  “My past experiences working with the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, NASA, offshore, and many others have done a great job of exposing me to many companies as well as construction practices. Sitting on various America Welding Society code committees brings a unique perspective and a great wealth of experience when inspecting welding and steel erection,” said Bryan.

Bryan’s experience extends to notable projects such as the Louisiana Cancer Research Center, New Orleans Superdome Renovation, United Bulk Terminals Coal Terminal Expansion, NASA Stennis Rocket Test Stand, Sasol’s New Refinery, and the new MSY International Airport.  His knowledge and skills include welding inspection, metallurgy, project estimation, offshore inspection and construction, U.S. Army Corps of Engineers inspection, AISC inspection, and project management.

“We are excited to bring him aboard and integrate his unique skill set into our organization to provide exceptional welding and steel inspection for our clients and elevate our special inspection services,” said Travis Richards, P.E., Eustis Engineering’s Vice President of Testing.
