  1. What is your title?
    • CMT Technician.
  2. How long have you worked at Eustis Engineering?
    • 13 Years.
  3. What made you want to join Eustis?
    • My good friend Kerry Watson, recommended that I come work for Eustis. I began in November 2007.
  4. What is your favorite memory while working at Eustis?
    • I enjoyed learning about all the different types of soils. Geotechnical engineering was specifically very interesting to me as well.
  5. What is your least favorite memory while working at Eustis?
    • There was a time I had to leave a cousin’s funeral early to go to a jobsite. When I got to the jobsite, I found out they cancelled the job for the day.
  6. What will you miss?
    • I will miss the office camaraderie and my co-workers the most.
  7. What will you not miss?
    • I will not miss getting up early in the morning every day.
  8. What do you plan on doing during your retirement?
    • COVID-19 has put a damper on my retirement plans as of now. Once it is over, I plan to travel and spend time with my grandkids.
  9. What are some of the lessons you have learned in your career with Eustis?
    • I have learned the importance of distinguishing between soils and how they help build the foundation of infrastructure.
  10. Do you have any advice for your co-workers?
    • Be open-minded, learn all you can, and absorb all that knowledge.
  11. Anything else you would like to say?
    • I want to thank my bosses, Larry Rome and Kenny Henderson. I have appreciated all their help throughout the years and enjoyed working for them. I also want to say thank you to everyone I have worked with over the years. You have all made my time at Eustis very special.
